Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or price adjustments once an order has been placed.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at jamyardie.shop@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will work with you to resolve the issue appropriately. Resolution options may include store credit, a discount on a future purchase, or another suitable solution at our discretion.

 

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Food and snack products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or special-order items

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days under applicable consumer protection laws. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
